ZINGA

The film galvanising system, ZINGA, is a one pack coating containing 96% zinc. It provides both active, cathodic protection and passive protection for steel surfaces against corrosion. It can be used as a unique system as an alternative to hot-dip galvanisation or metallisation, as primer in a duplex system (active + passive) or as a hot-dip galvanising repair system. It can be applied by brushing, rolling or spraying on a clean and rough substrate in a wide range of atmospheric circumstances.

Available in 1kg, 2kg, 5kg and 10kg containers. ZINGA is also available as a 500g aerosol and is sold as Zingaspray.

ZINGALAUFER

Zingalufer is a moisture curing one pack polyurethane. Micaceous iron oxides (MIO) create the special lamellar structure which create a very tight paint film for optimal barrier protection and corrosion resistance. Zingalufer is used as a sealer on ZINGA, as intermediate coat in a three layer ZINGA system.

ALU ZM

Alu ZM is a quick drying one pack coating based on aluminium flakes. It can be applied directly onto old, on corroded hot-dip galvanised or thermal sprayed zinc substrates or as an aluminium topcoat on ZINGA. It can be applied by brushing or spraying in a wide range of atmospheric circumstances. Alu ZM is mainly applied for aesthetical reasons as it gives a shiny aluminium aspect, but it also has good chemical and abrasion resistance which allows it to be used in industrial environments.

ZINGASOLV

Zingasolv is a C9-C10 aromatic hydrocarbon solvent.

Zingasolv is manufactured to the highest standards. It does not contain detectable quantities of polycyclic aromatics, heavy metals or chlorinated compounds.

ZINGALU

ZINGALU is a one component film galvanising system for active cathodic protection. ZINGALU contains 90% zinc and 4% aluminium flakes in the dry film which provides long lasting protection against rust and corrosion. The aluminium flakes offer barrier protection and a bright colour, resembling the finish of galvanised surfaces. ZINGALU is ideal as a stand-alone system as well as for repairing and touching up of damaged or old hot-dipped, Zinganised or other zinc coated structures.

ZINGA SPRAY

Zingaspray offers the film galvanising system ZINGA in an aerosol spray for easy small applications. ZINGA contains 96% Zinc in the dry film and provides cathodic protection to ferrous metals. Zingaspray is ideal for the repairing and touching-up of damaged or old hot-dipped, Zinganised or other zinc coated structures.

All spray products come in a convenient 500g pressure pack.
